The Omakase Berry is a rare and exceptional variety, once only found seasonally in the fields of the Japanese Alps. The Koyo Berry is a brighter, more traditional tasting berry grown just outside Tokyo. Oishii set out to recreate both of these idyllic conditions within an indoor vertical farm.
